3 c. (18 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate Chips In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chips with condensed mild and salt. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nuts. Spread evenly onto a wax paper lined 8 inch pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn Fudge over on cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator. |
